ネタの鮮度はそこそこある。寿司の作りは丁寧だし、ハズレはなかったように思う。
もはや回転寿司では一般的になったパネル形式の注文方法ではなく、職人さんに直接頼むやり方を貫いている。慣れないとやりにくさを感じるかも知れないが、多少見た目が怖そうでも(当たり前だが)ちゃんと握ってくれるし問題はない。
夜も後半になってくると、どうしてもネタが切れてくる。夜でも早い段階で訪れた方が良い。
