大昔、喜多方で2回ほど喜多方ラーメンを食べ、正直美味しいと思えなかった思い出があります。
それ以来、私の中で一番おいしい喜多方ラーメンを提供してくれるお店がここ地元の大安食堂さんでした。
先日、本場喜多方市で絶品ラーメンを見つけるまでは…ですが(;^_^A
本日は久しぶりの大安食堂さんですが、
醤油ラーメン ￥750 ＋特製餃子 ￥450
先日の喜多方のお店ほどの感動は無いにしても、地元でこのクオリティーの喜多方ラーメンを食べられることに感謝！
