父の葬儀で帰省。バタバタしながらも、昼食ぐらいは好きなものと入った店。
チャーシュー麺と迷ったけど、喜多方醤油ワンタン麺￥880を注文した。
着丼まで10分少々。
まずはスープを一口。
あぁ…久しぶりの醤油スープが骨身に染みるぜ。
そして、手揉みを加えた中太縮れ麺。
やや、わしわし感があって硬めの茹で加減だが、何日かぶりで好きならーめんを食べれたので良しとした。
チャーシューは喜多方といえば豚バラ肉。
ワンタンはツルッとした感じではなく硬めの仕上がり。
本場の喜多方とはやや違う印象を持ったが、ハッキリ言えることは、俺ってらーめん好きじゃん。
なんだかんだで完食。
