酒田地区は正月に開いていないお店が多いと勝手に思い込み、始めっから鶴岡市へ‥
なんとここ鶴岡地区もかなり閉まっているお店が多く、つ○おか屋、つ○み食堂、雲の○等数件廻ってみたものの、結局旧7号線沿いの大安食堂さんで決着。
十数年ぶりかなぁ、確か3回目でしょうか‥
喜多方ラーメンと言えば醤油味、と以前は醤油味ばかりをオーダーしてましたが、今回はみそラーを頼んでみました。
10分足らずでご対麺、なかなか早い到着です。
中太硬めを選択し麺リフトしてみるとなかなかいい感じ♪
野菜もたっぷり、食べ応えもじゅうぶんで美味い！
多少背脂の浮いたスープはかなりアツアツで自分好み｡｡
中太麺との相性もかなりいい(^^)b
もちろん過去に食べた醤油味も美味しくいただいた思いもありますが、味噌味もなかなかもって美味しくいただけました。
今度は塩ラーを食べてコンプリートか！…(笑)
