久しぶりに来たと言う友人と一緒にガツンと背脂のこちらを大盛りでオーダー♪
もう何度も味わった安定の燕三条系！
良質な背脂のせいもあり、全体的に非常にまろやかになっていますが脂っぽくなり過ぎていません。
きっと次もこれ頼んじゃうんだろうか…。
