鶴岡にあるこちらの広島焼きのお店。
前々から気になっていましたが、なかなかお好み焼きの気分と合わずようやく訪問にこぎつけました。
広島焼きなのでやきそばをクレープのような薄皮生地で包んだものになります。

やきそばを薄皮で包んだザ広島焼きのスタンダード。細麺のやきそばにオタフクソース、薄皮の生地ですがモチモチしてて美味しい生地です。具材は肉、卵、やきそば、イカ天です。

ソース焼きそばを薄皮生地で包んだものになります。お好み焼きよりこっちの方が全体のバランスで好きですね。こちらもモチモチの生地が○
海鮮塩焼きそば@770
出てくると海鮮の匂いがなかなかします。塩味は薄めでイマイチな感じです。具材は肉、エビ、イカの他にイカ天も入ってました。
