この辺りを通った時にこのラーメン屋を思い出し入店。数年前に出来た店だが食べログでなかなかのポイントだったので気になってた。
メニューは結構豊富で、何を選ぶか迷い、店員にオススメを聞くと飛魚ラーメンがオススメとの事なので、飛魚チャーシューを注文。
麺は太麺と細麺から選ぶようだが、醤油ベースなら細麺でしょと細麺をチョイス。
とりあえずスープ
あっさり系の味で魚の匂いがプンプンするが、ちょっとあっさり過ぎるな。パンチがないので、物足りない。
麺もスープとあまり絡まず、イマイチ。
チャーシューは2種類入っていて、モモ肉？とバラ肉？かな。モモは味が染み込んでいてそこそこ。バラは焼いているようだが、脂がちょっとくどい。
総合的に見てイマイチ美味くなかったな。
