かに茶屋さんも気になりますが、
龍の湯さんのダイニングいらかで中華そばを提供しているとのことで、
訪問です。
大山の鈴木屋と関係があると聞きましたが、
中華そばは関係ないのか？
冷製麺もありますが、
注文したのは、
昔ながらの鯛だし中華そば（750円）。
鯛のアラを使ったスープは、
やや泡だった感じで、
アラ汁感が優勢です。
＋醤油ダレ。
あまりラーメン食べる雰囲気ではないので、
ちょっと不思議な感じ。
麺は手揉みを加えたツルツル麺で、
スルスルいけますね。
180g程度でしょうか。
トッピングはグルグルバラチャーシュー２枚に味付けメンマ、ネギ、岩のり、ナルト。
きれいな仕上がりです。
値段も高くなく、
お手頃な一杯でした。
