【食文化創造都市の鶴岡市が誇る激ウマ本格タイ料理「サバイ」】
鶴岡で美味しいものが食べたいと思い、いろいろリサーチした結果、サバイさんへ訪問。
外観だけみると元居酒屋の居抜きのよう感じなのと、暖簾と提灯が完全にただの居酒屋(しかも汎用のもの)で、若干不安になりました。
しかし入店した瞬間、店内の香りのインパクトが凄まじく、タイに来たのか錯覚しました。装飾もタイを連想させるようなものばかりでした。
ランチタイムでしたが人が結構出入りしてました。地元民に愛されてるお店であることを感じました。
注文はランチセット。
豚ガパオライス+ミニタイラーメンセット (980円)
ガパオライスもミニラーメンもかなり本格的でした。
本場、タイから取り寄せました食材やスパイスを使っていることもあり現地タイにいるかと錯覚させられるようなクオリティ。どうやら奥様がタイ出身の方のようです。
鶴岡市でたったランチ980円でこんなに本格的なタイ料理が食べられるなんて思ってもいませんでした...衝撃...
夜のコースも食べたくなりました。
また伺いたいお店にランクインです。
