あえてセット物で無い、多分、味軒さんではほぼ頼まれる方は居ないかもしれませんが、何故か、味噌ラーメンを食べたい日だったので頼んでみました。
味軒さんは11:30開店です。11:32に入店。もう、11:50にはテーブルとカウンター席は埋まり、待つ人もおります。
味軒さんは旨い、安い、早いお店ですが、今日は提供までに15分位は待ちました。いつもなら、あっという間に配膳ですが… 一気にお客さんが来たせいでしょう。
忙しいので、店員さん、一気に御盆に3つ、ラーメンを持った来て、私の味噌ラーメンを置いて行きました。
色が濃いめ。ではスープをいただきます。 やっぱり濃い。しっかりとお味噌。何か、昔、こういう味噌ラーメン食べたような記憶が。懐かしさを感じました。
こちらの麺は普通の市販されているような麺です。札幌ラーメンのような麺。
でも、後を引く美味しさがありました。
美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。
