ショッピングセンター｢ウエストモールPAL｣さんの東側通り沿いにお店を構え親子二代で経営、昼は親御さんがメインの大衆食堂、夜はご子息さんがメインの洋食屋さんとして二刀流スタイルの｢御食事処 ゆう和｣さんに約6年半ぶりにお邪魔しました。
店内はカウンター・テーブル・小上がり席があり、お一人様から家族連れまで幅広い利用に対応していて清潔感のある雰囲気です。
昼のメニューを眺めると、｢麺・ご飯・丼・定食｣はそれぞれ種類がとても豊富で、その他に｢本日の洋食lunch｣が2種類あるようです。
今回は久しぶりだったので、味を再確認するため基本の｢中華そば｣をオーダーしました。
程なく大きめの丼で運ばれて着丼、トッピングは｢チャーシュー・メンマ・海苔・ねぎ｣で見た目から懐かしさを感じる｢中華そば｣です。
ちょうどいい硬さに茹でられた中細緩縮れ麺に脂が浮いていない透き通った優しい味のスープが絡んで最高の一杯、次回は未食のメニューを食べたいと思います。
