太麺好きなら一見の価値あり‼️

ぐらいでしょうか。
久々の太麺屋さんにて
数量限定の極太麺を頂きに。
山形で言えば
太麺の個人的No. 1は
東根の
髙橋商店さんですが、
全然違いますね〜。
どちらかと言うと
福島のなまえ食堂さんに
近いような気がします。
歯応えがいい。
並で300gと言うボリュームも⤴︎⤴︎
見た目より
濃いめのスープもなかなか。
チャーシューは
ちょっと脂が多めのタイプ。
味玉は以前より
マイルドになって良き。
メニューは少ないですが…
麺の量や細麺、太麺
スープの味が選べるのはGOOD。
太麺好きなら
オススメのお店ですよ。

同じ山形でもこちらは雪少ないね〜。
営業先に近かったので
お邪魔した久々の太麺屋さん。
オーダーは
中華そば中300g太麺あっさり、
半熟味玉トッピング。
ちょっと脂多いが
トロットロの豚バラと
半熟味玉がイイ仕事してます❗️
ボクもですが
細縮れの柔麺が苦手な方は
ホントお勧めしますよ。
小麦感はハンパない❗️
食べ応えもあるのがGOOD❗️
美味しかった。
