中華そば(中) 800円
鶴岡駅で電車に乗り遅れ、時間ができたのでテクテク歩いて訪問。
入口は狭いが店内は広く30席近くありそう。
女性店員が元気で良い応対。常連には常連向けの、私のような一見には一見向けのサービスを親切・スマートにしている。
中華そば、油そば、坦々麺からのチョイス。中華そばにする。
太麺と細麺からもチョイス。太麺屋なのに細麺もあるとは(笑)。念のためお勧めを聞くと、やはり太麺。確信を持って太麺にする。
勢い余って中にしてしまったが、小(麺200g)、中(麺300g)と書いてある。小で大丈夫そうだったな…。
TVのワイドショーが騒々しい。
大盛りとしか思えない器で出される。
コクのあるスープに煮干しのあっさり感が加わっていて美味しい。
中太の縮れ麺は弾力があり歯応えが良い。
チャーシューは脂身が多いので全体としては問題ないが、肉の部分がややパサついている。
その他、メンマ、海苔1枚、刻みネギ。メンマはかなり軟らかいタイプ。麺の歯応えの邪魔をしない。海苔は風味が普通でアクセントになり切らない。
寒い地域はしょっぱいイメージがあるが、塩味は控えめで、麺をたっぷり食べる場合も最後まで美味しく食べられる。
