私のフォローしている人がこのまるたんさんを紹介した時に、発券機を見てどうしても気になった、しびれ麺とやらを実食に伺いました。 平日12:20頃、満員でしたが、先に発券機で、これって決めてたの迷わず、坦々つけ麺のしびれ麺、もちろん大盛り！ このメニューは太麺しか選べないようです。
着丼は時間かかるかなぁと思ってましたが、そんなに待ちませんでした。
前回は期間限定のとりにぼラーメンを食べましたが、私好みで美味しかったです。今回もかなり期待して来ました。
まずは何もつけない麺だけ食べてみました。
ワシワシの食感、のどごし、ほんのりとした花椒の風味。いい感じ。
スープは甘さ、しょっぱさ加減、旨味、辛みが私にはやった～＼(^o^)／とばかりに！笑みです。
添えられた肉みそ、メンマ、カイワレと水菜は、単品で食べ（ごめんなさい）、つけ汁と麺だけで楽しんでしまいました。そこに卓上の追粒山椒をつけ汁にすって、香りとしびれを増し増しに頂きました。
冷たい麺を汁に投入して食べるので最後は冷たくなってしまうけど、この残ったスープ、勿体ないな…
ライス頼めば良かったかなぁと…
卓上にある穴あきのレンゲでスープの底を調査したら刻まれたタマネギが出て来ました。タマネギの存在を最後に知りました。
まず、私としては大満足の一杯でした。
