ケンミンショーとか様様な媒体を通じて話に聞いていた山形名物のケンちゃんラーメン。
前に山形に家族で行ったときはラーメンよりも他の名物がいただきたく行けなかったんですよねから
当初、北越・東北に長期の出張になった時に、半年営業していない別のラーメン店舗にと思っていましたが、やはり地元で愛されるケンちゃんラーメンを食べずして他は語れまいとケンちゃん巡りを敢行することにしました。うーん相変わらず考えなしだ。
さあ巡るに巡って来たのはケンちゃんの三川店、出てきたラーメンはおーここもテレビで見たものと同じだ～ある意味スゲーな。
喜多方ラーメンのイメージでしたがそれよりも魚介類が強い感じ、そして麺は縮れの手打ちを堅め注文。
やはり小盛で十分な量、少食の方は要注意ですよ。ご馳走さまでした。
