いつ通っても行列が絶えなく、なかなか入りづらいお店になりました「ケンちゃんラーメン三川店」
2014年のオープンなので、早や10年目を迎えるんですね。
それにしても「ケンちゃんラーメン」系列で不人気で潰れたとこってあるんでしょうか？
もしあるならどなたか教えてください(笑)
ここも開店したときに訪れましたが、まだオペレーションの統率が取れず、肝心のラーメンの味も非常にまとまった感じで、まぁ独立直後だったので本店に忠実で(当たり前だ)、あまり印象に残らない感じでした。
その後3年明けて再訪した際は、かなり個性的になった印象でした。
それ以降6年ご無沙汰しておりました。
今回は意を決して行列に並んで食べさせていただきました。
小・油抜き
まずチャーシューの部位が全く変わっておりました。
いや、もしかしたら切り方かな？
6年前はかなり細長い切り方でしたが、今回は厚みのある丸に近い形へと変化。たまたまかもしれませんので断言はしませんが。
トータル的にこれはケンちゃんグループの中でもかなりの上位に食い込むのでは？というのが我が感想です。
外までお客さんが並ぶ理由がわかりましたよ。
こりゃまた近いうちに行かなければ！
