鶴岡市内、淀川で麺活。
この日は、久しぶりに食べてみたくて、
つるおか家へ。
店内入って、カウンター席へ。
メニュを確認すると、
辛い系やつけもあるのだなっと。
が、今日は一択、
味噌ホルモン麺（930円）
でオーダー。
早めの着丼、味玉はデフォで付きます。
大判海苔も２枚。
大食の人にはライスもおススメ。
メインのホルモンは、
希少なバラ軟骨とのこと。
ホルモンといっても、
食べた感じは、ホロホロのスジ肉か、テール肉のような食感です。
スープは、ニラとホルモンと味噌が強めでよく識別できませんが、豚骨主体でしょうか。
麺は、もっちりだだちゃ麺。
180gくらいか。
ホルモン、うまいなぁ。
全体的に安定したお味で。
ご馳走さまでした。
