やっと来れました〜
いつか赤湯にと思ってましたが赤湯までは一生行かなそうなので鶴岡店σ(^_^;)
開店10分前くらいでなんとか駐車できましたが
開店後はすぐ待機車列ができました(汗)
一周目で座れなかったので風除室で待ち…
待合室に龍上海のラーメンの誕生秘話が書かれてます。
支那そばの出汁で作った味噌汁に麺を入れてみて
辛味噌をのっけたりしたらできちゃった。
という話。
結局、着丼までは合計30分くらい
赤湯からみそラーメン 880円 大盛 100円
スープ…( ﾟдﾟ)オ！？想像とガウチー！
意外とあっさりしとって味噌汁っぽい雰囲気のスープ。
似た見た目のインスパイア系だと大体ヘヴィな乳化スープにオイリーこってりが基本なので本家はむしろこっちで攻めてきたか～
破滅的なこってりを期待していたので
かなり想像とガウチー(*´ω｀*)
そして庄内地方らしい太いぶるんぶるん麺が激ウマ！
辛味噌を溶かすとスープが予想以上に攻撃的になって
存在感の強すぎる麺とのバランスが神りますね。
青のりの風味がアクセントになり
最初の印象からの変化、バランスを考えた完成度は
実に「素晴らしい」の一言。
塩分が怖いこのスープ
つい飲んじゃうんだ～
頑張って半分残しました(^_^;)
絶対また食べに来たいラーメンがありました♪
