朝ラーを目当てに、また庄内にやって来ました。
夜中、というか朝方に庄内に着いたのですが、風車の多い理由がわかりました。
めちゃくちゃ風強いのね。笑
お店に到着したのは、休日の朝8時頃。
既にお客さんは3組ほど。美味しそうなにおいがプンプンしとる…
【朝ラーメン 並】
煮干し出汁を感じるスープは、朝仕様なのかスッキリとしながらも醤油をしっかり感じられるもの。
麺は平打ちの縮れ麺で、この麺の不規則な縮れが面白い。
スープの絡みはもちろん良く、麺にコシがあるので、食感がイイなぁ。
啜る度にずっと美味しい！
美味しいラーメンでした。
朝から美味しいものを食べるってやっぱり素敵なことですわ。
お店の方の感じも良く、なんだか居心地も良かったです。
それでは、日本海沿いをもう少し南下しましょう。
