平成28年7月に訪問しました。
最寄りのJR羽越本線鶴岡駅からは東方向に２キロほど。
車で5分くらいの場所にありました。
脱サラした店主が琴平荘の教えを受け開店されたらしいです。
毎日行列ができる人気店とか。
この日は開店30分に到着しましたがすでに行列が…
開店し入店、発券機で食券を購入し番号札をもらうシステムです。
オーダーは
中華そば@680円
しばらくして配膳されました。
本家と似た丼顔。
スープも本家のように澄んだスープ。
麺はやや太めの縮れ麺です。
また大きめのチャーシューが柔らかくてまたいい。
んー。美味し。
感動しました。
