庄内遠征。
庄内はラーメン紀行になっちゃうなぁ(笑)。
琴平荘に行きたいけれどなかなかハードルが高くて行けない。なので、琴系ラーメン店のこちらへ。
11時ちょい過ぎに到着。先客様は7割ほど。
お店に入ったところにある券売機でチケット購入。
中華そば、黒ばら海苔、はじチャーシュー(4個)。
店員さんにチケットを渡して、入口近くの中央が仕切られた8人掛けテーブルに案内されます。
店内には琴平荘のラーメン丼や琴平荘専用小麦粉袋が飾ってあります。
待つこと10分ほどで着丼。
透き通った醤油ラーメン。
はじチャーシューはでかい♪ホントに50円！？
さっそくスープ。
魚出汁香る醤油スープ、美味しい。
これまた、優しいお味。
麺は、お決まりの多加水縮れ太麺。
これは、美味い。喉越しと言うか食感と言うか、そしてスープとの一体感。素晴らしい。
チャーシュー。モモ肉でジューシィーとは言わないけど、柔らかくてしっとり。レベル高い。
はじチャーシューも50円とは思えないほどのお肉。
奇をてらわない本当に美味しい醤油ラーメン。
ラーメンって美味しいなぁと思わせてくれる一杯でした。
