＂あのごはん" とは、チャーシューと細切りメンマが乗っかってるごはんのこと。
あのごはんに、テーブル上の海女さん飯の醤油を適当にかけると、さらに美味しくなった。
チャーシュー麺は、ちゃんと数えてないですがチャーシューが10枚くらい入ってて、しかもあのごはんのチャーシューも結構な量でひたすら噛み続けることに。単なる中華そばで良かったな…
ここ10年でチャーシューを一番食べたかもしれない。
店は有名な琴平荘ののれん分け店舗ということで、醤油ラーメンのスープはあっさりしてる中にコクも感じられて特に美味しかった。
隣の人の味噌ラーメンも気になったが、それは次回に。
ホテルに帰ると妻にチャーシュー臭い！と言われた。
