坂茂さんが設計した山形県鶴岡市にあるお洒落なホテル、スイデンテラスを初訪問しました(^ ^)
美しい水田風景が広がるエリアに木造２階建てのお洒落なホテルが建てられています。ホテル内は木の香りが広がっていてとっても癒されます(^.^)夜は水田風景の中にホテルの灯りがふわ〜っと広がって何とも幻想的な雰囲気！
今回は朝食付のプラン。
朝食は地産地消を意識した野菜中心のメニュー。おかずの種類が豊富で美味しい地元野菜を存分に楽しめます(^ ^)野菜の美味しさを生かした料理の数々。美味しい朝食でした！
木の香りが広がるバーでは以下のお酒をいただきました。山形県内で作られているお酒です。
・Brewlab.108 1430円
天童市に2020年にオープンしたマイクロブルワリー。山形県南陽市産の無農薬米ひとめぼれの若麹と麦汁を合わせ、清酒酵母で発酵させるという独自製法のビール。クリーミーでフルーティー。温泉に入った後のビール、幸せです(^.^)
・笹の川酒造 Fine Blended Whisky YAMAZAKURA ハイボール 830円
このウィスキー、モルトの深みとコクが素晴らしく、美味しい(^.^)ハイボールにするとすっきり。温泉に入った後のハイボール、最高ですね(^.^)
美味しい朝食、癒しの木造空間、田園風景の中の露天風呂となんとも言えないリラックスした時間を過ごせました(^.^)また来ます！
