山形県鶴岡市からのリポートです。
鶴岡の駅前にあるこちらのいわじさん。
美味しそうなチラシを見て、いつか来たいなーと思ってたお店でした。ようやくの初訪問です。
メニューから適当に頼んでみました。
カルビやら牛タンなど、どれも新鮮な感じのお肉達であまり焼きすぎないように頂きました。お肉も良いのですがやっぱりタレが命ですね。こちらのお店のタレもお肉と良く合う濃い味のタレで美味しいタレですね〜。ある程度タレが良ければお肉がそこそこでも美味しいんですが、こちらはタレもお肉も美味しいので好印象でした。
良い焼肉屋さんですねー。
