長いタイトルで、すいません。
料理研究家の辰巳 芳子先生推しだったので、
とぅいとぅい長いタイトルにしてしまいました
ハモンセラーノ旨し
2014年12月には日本で唯一の「ユネスコ食文化創造都市」に認定され、世界規模で注目されるようになりましたよね〜
そんな鶴岡市の松ヶ岡開墾場は、明治維新後、
庄内藩士たちが拓いた緑豊かな大地の国指定史跡ですなっ
そこに、ご当地山形県鶴岡市の結婚式場
「グランド・エル・サン」系列の新興ワイナリーがコチラ
2017年にブドウを植えて、初醸造出荷したのが
今年2021年、その貴重なワインが飲めます！
ロゼのみ飲めますが、若い樹齢のブドウは、逆に
タンニンが少なくてスッキリ飲めます。
南アフリカのピノノワールのクルーガーに似た、
サッパリしたシルキーワイン
俺は、大好きなので、ワインの樹オーナーになろうかな
