鶴岡の加茂水族館でくらげを鑑賞し、となりの海水浴場で久しぶりに海水浴をしました。
宿を寒河江にしていたので、その帰り道に昼食をと思い、こちらに寄らせていただきました。
夏休みのため、鬼混み！
待ち時間も30分以上かかりました。
しかし、この味なら待つ価値はございます。
豚肉が甘いくらい甘い！
埼玉にもサイボクハムがありますが、そこの肉と比べると遜色つけがたい肉質と味だと思います。
豚丼なので、甘辛い味付けがされているのですが、そんな中でも肉の甘みをこれだけ感じることができる肉質は、たぶん日本一ではないでしょうか！
是非、鶴岡に来た際はお立ち寄りをオススメします。
