友人が行きたいと言っていたお店に3人バイクで出かけてきました。
田舎の村の1軒屋を改装したお店の雰囲気。
11：15到着でカウンターに1名、テーブルに2名入店中。
私たち3名は奥のテーブル席へ。
古民家を改装したお店もあって雰囲気は中々良いかも。
中華1品のお店で、まろやか味と選べる。
通常盛中華3名依頼。商品到着まで約10分。
店内はエアコンもなく窓も少ないので結構暑かった。
麺は中細縮れ麺といったところ。量は多めかもしれない。
スープは魚介系の味が最初に来るが後から牛骨系の味もする。
あっさりとしたスープでコショウを多めに入れて丁度いい味でした。
チャーシューも2種類ほどの肉の様です。
最後まで美味しく頂いてまいりました。
駐車場は東西に3台ずつある様です。
