8年ぶりのこの味…！！
前の投稿で書いたのですが、そんなにラーメンに触れてこなかった人生でしたが
母が山形県新庄市出身なのでこの一茶庵支店には幼い頃から来ていました。
ラーメン一杯完食するのが普段から困難なのですがこの一茶庵の鶏もつラーメンは逆に足りないなと感じさせる程、深みがありつつあっさりで飽きのこない味。
麺はつるつる細麺(少し平打ち？)
スープは透明感あるあっさりしょうゆ
鶏のもつがたくさん入っていて鶏皮、きんかん、砂肝、レバー(レバー多め)がいい味出してる(´∀`)
メンマは食べやすい歯切れのいい細いタイプ
ほんっっっとに美味しい。
皆様、山形県新庄市に行くことがあれば絶対に立ち寄ってください。
ただし間違えないでください。
一茶庵支店です。【支店】ですよ。
「もつラーメン」を頼めば写真のようなラーメンが出てきます。
スープ自体がかなり美味しいので中華そばでもいいかもしれません。
最初に名前を言って注文して、
お会計でまた名前と頼んだものを言って支払うという流れ。
お昼は14:30までです。
混んでますが回転もいいので凄く待つという経験は未だにありません。
車はお店の脇に6~7台停められます！
