なんでも、新庄鶏もつラーメン発祥の創業７４年の老舗らしい。
カウンター４席、テーブル１２席、座敷３６席の結構広い店内。
お座敷席に案内されましたが、田舎のじいちゃんばあちゃん家みたいな感じ(´艸｀)

元々は「そば」のお店だったそうですが・・・・
気になる「ぬるま」メニューとは？
冷たい麺に熱いスープのラーメンとの事
讃岐うどんで言うところの「ひやあつ」ですね！
席に着く前にコチラで注文を告げ、名前を言わなければなりませんのでお気をつけ願います（笑）
いただいたのは「もつラーメン」700円
鶏のもつがたっぷりトッピングされたラーメンです。
他にメンマと刻みネギがのっています。
すっきりとした味わいの中に旨味を感じる鶏ガラ醤油の滋味深いスープでめちゃめちゃ美味しい～♪
濃い味じゃないと物足らない方は卓上の壺に入った「タレ」を加えて召し上がれ！
平打ちの柔らかい細麺は、まるで稲庭うどんのような感じでスルスルと美味しくいただけます。
臭味の無い鶏もつもめっちゃ良い感じ～！
あぁ美味しかった～！ 大満足!!!
