過去に何度か訪問した事がありますが、店の外の行列を見ては毎回諦めてしまっていた課題店です。
開店時間の11:00に訪問しても行列に並ぶ羽目になる。
そして12:00過ぎには蕎麦が無くなるという繁盛ぶり。
競馬の払い戻しにさえ並びたくない性格ですが、我慢して並びましたよ。
古民家風の店舗。
内装は和モダン。
店内にはジャズが流れる。
蕎麦の種類が多いですね。
蕎麦以外のサイドメニューも充実。
雲丹の冷かけ、フローズントマトと生ハムの冷かけ。
天ぷらの海老は天使海老。
この時点で嫌な予感がしましたが、実際に手繰ってみないことには。

石臼挽き自家製粉。
蕎麦粉は山形県最上町産最上早生を使用。
割合は九一のようです。
細打ちですが力強い麺線。
喉越しが良く蕎麦の香りが強い。
九一の配合が成せる技なのでしょう。
つけづゆの味も素晴らしい。
山形県に多い田舎蕎麦のスタイルではないので比べる事自体ナンセンスかもしれませんが、この店の蕎麦は本当に旨いですね。
そりゃ毎日行列が出来るわな（笑）
蕎麦自体が美味しいので、変わり種の冷かけであっても美味しいでしょうね。
山形県は本当に蕎麦のレベルが高い。
