天童市内のお蕎麦屋さんです。
日曜日は11時半ごろに訪問しました。
開店は11時です。既に満席。9人待ちの状態でした。比較的早く1巡目の人がはけて入店できました。
寒い日だったので、暖かいそばと季節限定の天ぷらを注文しました。
天童ネギ蕎麦 1390円
牡蠣と白子の天麩羅盛合せ 1200円
天麩羅盛合わせは牡蠣が2つ、白子が2つ、それとピーマンです。
白子も牡蠣も衣の中は半生で旨い！
お酒が飲みたくなりますね。素材の旨さが活きてます。
続いておそ蕎麦。
蕎麦は細めですね。盛り蕎麦だったらかなり美味しいのではないかと思われます。
温蕎麦だったので、蕎麦自身の味や香りはよくわからなかったのですが、ツユは上品でおいしいですね。また、柚子がほんのり香って爽やかさを演出。
そして天童ネギが良いんです。
ネギは細めですが旨味は強いです。ネギの中のにゅるっとした甘みがいいですね。
最後は蕎麦湯でフィニッシュしました。
