仙台から山形天童へドライブ。築100年近い古民家におじゃましました♪入口にどーんと大型スピーカー！高音質のBGMにテンション上がります♪

ゆったりとしたジャズナンバーを聴きながらオーダーしたのは…
「相盛りそば」
「くるみ味噌だれそば」
「鰊のやわらか煮」
「牡蠣豆腐」
香り高い十割蕎麦を楽しみました♪
特にびっくりしたのは！
くるみ味噌だれです。
信州でくるみつゆを食べると甘さがちょっと…
と思ってましたが、ここのは過度に甘くなく
香ばしさと塩味のバランスが最高でした。
一滴残らず完食です(*´▽｀)♪
鰊はやさしい魚の味がGOODです♪
豆腐はえっ！てくらい牡蠣の味が強いです♪
ツレと二人で美味しいが止まらない状態に
