今日の夕食は東根市神町にある「赤ひげ さくら家」。
神町街道のファミマとカラオケ「まねきねこ」の所にあります。
急に冷たい肉そばが食いたくなったのですが河北町まで行くのも面倒くさい。
そんなわけで会社の帰り道にあったこちらへ寄ってきました。
さらっと牛スジ煮込みと冷たい肉そばをオーダー。
冷たい肉そばはなかなかの味。
そばはしっかりとした歯ごたえがあり、肉にも味が十分染みていました。
そして牛スジ煮込みも美味かった。
柔らかく煮込まれた牛スジとクニクニとした食感のコンニャクが良い。
ちょっとしょっぱ目だったので肉そばと一緒だと味が濃すぎた。
やっぱりこういうのは酒のツマミで丁度よかったかも。
車じゃお酒は飲めないわ。
