行きつけの蕎麦屋さんが、まさかの改装中。
せっかく東根まで来たので、急遽調べて近くの「舞鶴」さんに初訪問。
到着時点で5組待ちでしたが、サクサクと先客が呼ばれて入店。
山形といえば蕎麦ですが、冷たい中華そばが食べたく「肉天中華」をオーダー。あと、110円の値段に引かれて「とり皮(ピリ辛)」も追加。
とり皮は持ち帰りも出来るパックに入って出て来ました。
絶妙な食感と、ちょっと辛めの味付けは、お酒のつまみにピッタリで、思わず持ち帰り用にもう1つ追加してしまいました。(ゆず胡椒、焼き鳥風の味付けもあるようですが、人気の品みたいで売り切れてました)
この味で110円はお買い得です。
とり皮をつまんでいたら、肉天中華が配膳。
鶏油の浮かんだスープは、かなり好みの味わいで、あっという間に完食。見た目は小さめの器でしたが、かなりボリュームがあり普通盛りでも十分な量でした。
げそ天もサクサクの揚げ具合です。
たまたま見つけたお店でしたが、再訪決定です。
