【スープ評価】
･やや甘めの鶏の旨味を引き出した和風出汁で、肉そばの出汁としては王道中の王道です。さすがは肉そば発祥の地です。
･やや塩っぱいのが玉に瑕で、もう少し塩分を控えれば最高なのにもったいない感じがします。
【麺評価】
･出汁にマッチする肉そば用のそば、といった感じです。
･山形のそばとしては月並みかもしれませんが、コシもよく、ややざらりとした食感もなかなかイケます。
【具材評価】
･鶏チャーシューは親鳥なのか、やや硬くも、噛むと味が滲みでて、美味しくいただけます。
【感想】
･祝日の14時10分に来訪しましたが、待ち客がいるくらいの人気店です。
･肉そばは並んでまでも食べる価値はあります。ソースカツ丼もウリのようで、結構注文している方がいました。
