仕事の帰り際に少し足を伸ばしてこちらへ。
冷たい肉そばで高名ですのでそれを目当てに。
13:00をとうに過ぎてましたが、駐車場は満車、店内はひとり席が若干空いているだけという超人気店です。
程なく席に案内いただいて、
冷たい肉そば 750円
を注文。価格設定が低めで嬉しいですね。
そーっと周りのお客様を伺いましたが、もりそば系のセット注文率が高そうです。天ぷら添えたり、ボリュームたっぷりです。
程なく到着しました。丼は小ぶりに見えますが、結構深さがあり、麺とスープがたっぷり入っています。蕎麦は山形らしい固め太めの、数回咀嚼が必要なタイプ。啜るのではなく噛みきる感じですね、大好きです笑
透き通ったスープは出汁が効いていて甘め。後味すっきりでいくらでも飲めちゃうやつです。
完飲完食してお店を出る頃には店内も空いて来てましたよ。また来ますね。今度は地元民に倣ってもりそば系にチャレンジします。
