河北名物、谷地の冷たい肉そば会（商工会のサイト） |
かなり久しぶりに伺いました。
河北町といえば「冷たい肉そば」ですが、
外看板に書いてあるメニュー、元祖かつ丼・冷たい肉そば、かつ丼のほうが上なんですね。
両方いただける「肉そば（冷たい）＋ミニかつ丼 1050円」をいただきました。
久しぶりに旨い肉そばを食べた気分です。
つゆはどちらかというとあっさり系、コクがあり絶妙の味加減です。
そばはコシがありのど越しも良い。
そばの上には、噛めば噛むほど旨みがでてくるコリコリ触感の親鶏と
ちょっと柔らかめのが交互に６枚、葱と一緒にのっています。
カレー風味のかつ丼もそれなりに美味しかったですが、やっぱり「冷たい肉そば」が最高でした。
