時間外だと「うどん、蕎麦」しか選べないんだってさ。いやぁ14:30に到着したのは救いだった(笑)で、選んだビーフカレー、スパイスの香りと辛味は程好く、それでいて煮込まれた野菜の旨味が辛味をスッと引いてくれて美味しい。スプーンを占領しかける程に大きい牛肉は、頬張ると舌のだけで噛める程柔らかで旨味がタップリ。食べ応えも十分なので、何気に満足感があるね。

Is it really necessary for this menu to be limited time only?
Limited time only: Stone-grilled bibimbap 900 yen There was no sign saying "This dish contains wild vegetables picked here!", and no sign of that sort. I may have missed it, but I chose it because it was on the ticket machine. It was hot and delicious, but... I couldn't feel the local flavor.

Wild Vegetable Pasta 1000 yen It's common to put wild vegetables in soba, udon, and Ramen around here, but never in pasta. I doubt it's "new," but the Western Cuisine menu stands out, perhaps because of the local characteristics... That said, it's delicious. The chewy thick noodles are well flavored with the umami of garlic and the spiciness of chili pepper, and the bamboo shoots, which are as sweet as corn, and the soy sauce seasoning are exquisite.
