後客さん方は 円卓にての相席を伝えられてるし、人気のほどが うかがえまするな。

麺は、旨塩拉麺・担々麺・隨園拉麺の３種から選択いたしまする。
で、“旨塩拉麺”を選択してみました。
汁は透明度高く端整優雅。
和を感じさせる魚介の旨みブレンドぢゃな。
細身のストレート麺は、啜り心地しなやかで。
チャーハンも、もちろん期待どーりの美味さ。
赤色の具はベーコン…と思いきや、カリカリ梅？
食感的にも味わい的にも楽しいアクセントとなりぢゃな♪
“中国料理” のお店ながら、日本らしさあふれる味わい。
