新山口駅前にある随園さんでランチした
山口グランドホテルの地下にあるこのお店、西野シェフという有名な方がオーナーシェフを務めているそうで人気のハイレベル中華と思います。
前回は坦々麺を食べリピートしようと思いましたが平日限定ランチの麻婆茄子丼がめっちゃ美味そうだったのでそちらをオーダー
予想通りの美味さで大満足！
玉子の火加減絶妙でトロトロ、麻婆茄子は恐ろしくジューシーな茄子がめっちゃうまくて、ほんのりカレー風味もよくマッチしていた。
やはりレベルの高さを感じました。
