湯田温泉街にあるちょっと大きめのホテルです。
その中のレストランです。
ケーキセットは、６５０円です。
ケーキは、次の５種類から選びます。
・マスカルポーネフリュイ（クリームマスカルポーネとジュレフランボワースとムースペリーのケーキ）
・ガトーショコラ（アーモンドとチョコレートの焼菓子にレーズンを練り込んだケーキ）
・スフレフロマージュ（スフレタイプのチーズケーキ）
・キャラメルポワール（ムースポワールとキャラメルムースのケーキ）
・アマンド（アーモンドとアーモンドクリームのケーキ）
写真は、アマンドです。お皿には、飾りがされていて、ちょっと豪華な見栄えです。
レストランはディナー用に衣替え中で、ホテルのロビーでいただきました。
時間つぶしとか、一服にはちょうど良いと思いました。
以下は、ホテルと朝食バイキングの感想です。
部屋はとても広く、ゆったりできます。
風呂は、地下と屋上に大浴場があり、疲れを癒せます。
フロント、スタッフの感じも良かったです。
朝食もいろいろな種類のあるバイキングで、２泊だったら飽きません。
ただし、宿泊人数が多いと２階の大きな部屋に変更になります。
その際は、例えば湯豆腐が干からびていたりするなど、食べ物のメンテナスがいまいちのような感じがしました。
