とんかつは沈没寸前に、どっぷりと浸かってまする。
弱粘度ブレンドのカレー汁。
刺激度は穏やかめで、おこちゃま舌のわたくしにも 安心の仕様。
崩壊寸前やわな麺も、期待どーりぢゃな♪
とんかつは 思った以上の大きさで、食べ応えは十分に。
もちろん通し揚げで、美味しさは言うことなくぢゃ ( ^-')b

ご婦人方３人さんでの スタッフ体制。
そのうちのお一人が、わたくしが食事する間、ず〜〜っと 何かを刻まれてらっしゃいました。
包丁を縦に横にと、ひたすら細かく細かく…。
ちょうど手元が見えず、それが何ぢゃったかは分からずじまい。
何のメニューぢゃろ？
で、数日後…。

期待どーりに 具材はたっぷりめ。
野菜だけでなく、陸生動物肉に10足海洋生物、斧足類の軟体生物などの動物系たんぱく質も しっかりとインされまする。
お馴染みの和系汁に お馴染みのちゃんぽん麺。
ま、その辺は 想像に難くなくかと…(^^
