山口市にあります、パティスリー・ドゥ・セゾン・シュシュ 山口店。
あさひ製菓という、山口県の中では大きなチェーン店の一店舗ですね。
皆さん、こんな長い屋号ではなく、山口市のシュシュと呼んでいるお店です^^
近くには、シュクルヴァンがあり、こちらも同じ系列のパン屋さん。
シュシュは、対面販売のケーキだけでなく、イートインも可能。
今回はこちらを注文しました。

自分が行った際は1200円でしたが、食べログのメニュー見ると1436円になってます…(苦笑)。
いつの間にそうなったのでしょうか…^^;
暫し待って到着です。
自分が思ったより、内容がしょぼいな^^;
選んだケーキはフルーツタルト。
ドリンクは紅茶…アールグレイを選択です。
自分の中では、シュシュのケーキって、本社工場一括生産のイメージなんですが、実際はどうなんでしょうね^^
タルトは甘いですが、フルーツの量もあり調和されて食べやすかったです。
スコーンは…これといって感想はないですね。
フルーツの鮮度はまずまずでした。
これにアイスなんかも入れれば、もう少し皿にボリューム出るかも。
あと、全体的にもう少し立体的に盛り付けた方がいいでしょうね…ただ皿に乗せてるって感じが強い。
お店の雰囲気とか、接客は悪くないので、お客さんも入りやすいのでしょう。
まぁ…今が1436円なら、自分は他のお店でもいいかなぁ～って感じです(笑)。
