【2020年10月1日訪問】
焼肉食べたい欲に駆られ、平日のランチタイムに訪問しました。
11時オープンで、オープン直後に伺ったため待ち時間なし。
「ご予約のお客様でしょうか？」と聞かれたので、結構予約も多いのだろうと思います。
夜は大体かなり混んでいます。
この日は、連れと二人で伺いました。
ランチタイムなので素直にランチを注文。以下になります。
・和牛赤身140gランチ（1,350円税抜き）
・和牛上ロース110gランチ（1,680円）
・ユッケジャンセット（880円）×2
・塩タン（980円）
ユッケジャンセットは、スープがクッパか選べ、私がスープ、連れがクッパにしました。
初めの客だったので、注文後5分以内にお肉も到着。
見た瞬間に、「当たりだ」と思いました。
このロース肉の綺麗さ。素晴らしい。
赤身も、固い部位ということを考慮して薄くスライスしてあり、部位にあった食べさせ方がしっかり出来ている。
味ももちろん文句はありません。
タレは、サラッとした醤油ベースで、ドロっとしたものが好みの私にはストライクではありませんでしたが、美味しいお肉に大満足。
スープにはお肉がたくさん入っています。
が、これは少し臭みが出ていたのでなくてもいいかな、と思いました。
純粋に、お肉のランチを食べれば超大満足のお店だと思います。
しかもちゃんと炭焼きです！素晴らしい。
再訪決定。

でした。
