研修で山口まで来たものの時間もないのでランチは王将へ。
場所は商業施設であるゆめタウン山口のすぐ前。
あまり混んでなくてすんなり席へ通される。
この日は、天津炒飯と餃子を注文。
天津焼飯は焼飯をあんをかけた玉子で覆っている。
厚めの卵はふんわりでほど良く甘い。
餡はフルーティな甘酸っぱさでとろみ加減も良い感じ。
少々硬さのある米粒の焼飯との相性は良く美味しい。
定番の餃子もサイズは大きめで安定の味。
お値段も手頃な部類で気軽に中華を楽しむにはいいね。
