山口市では良く行くお店です。中華好きにはたまらないお店ですねー。
中華丼ではなく中華飯とメニューに記載されているこのメニューが20年前からの好物です。
ですが最近作り手が変わったのか片栗粉でのトロミをつける量が多くトロッとしていて欲しい餡がドロッとも通り越してる感が否めません。たまたまなのか？と思い一週間後に来訪。
やはりドロッとを通り越してるーっ！
もう少し片栗粉を控えてよー！
このCPで食べられる中華飯はここしか無いんですよー。
トロッとしてる位で充分ですからー。
くそっ！こうなったら確認しに又来訪しないといけない。
また中華飯食べに行ってやるー。
