宇部市外のラーメンを食べ歩くの巻。
今回は、山口市のゆめタウン前にあります『餃子の王将 山口店』さん
学生の頃はよく行ってなあー(^^)
って、15年は前だな。。
今回は、味噌ラーメンを中心に、ジャストサイズのお料理を色々頼んでみました
座ったカウンター席が厨房のすぐ横でして、職人さんたちの鍋捌きを見ることができてめちゃめちゃ興奮～!(^^)!
お料理作るの、すごい速さだぁ～
味噌ラーメン 550円(税抜)
かなりのボリュームの一杯で、少しピリ辛の赤味噌に寄ったような味わい(^^)
お野菜たっぷりで嬉しいなあー
餃子220円(税抜)
懐かしいー
宇部には餃子の王将さんがなくなってしまったので、久しぶりだったんです(^^)
店舗で手包みしてる餃子、美味しくいただきました
麻婆豆腐ジャストサイズ 277円(税抜)
炒飯ジャストサイズ 248円(税抜)
麻婆豆腐がこれまた懐かしくて美味しかったなあー
少し甘めで、この餡を炒飯にかけても餃子につけてもまた美味しい(^^)
ごちそうさまでしたー
なんか、ニンニク抜きの餃子もいつのまに販売していたので、次回はそれも注文してみよう
