ここは10年前位から頻繁に通っている山口市の名店うどん店。お昼時は高確率で駐車場が空いてません。丸亀製麺のようにセルフスタイルで注文します。
ここでのオーダーは大概肉うどんにしてますが、麺はモチモチで出汁も最高に美味しい。天ぷらもカリカリで好みです。この肉うどんに天ぷらを載せて食べるのがオススメ。
山口県には周南市に「くうかい」という美味しい手打ちうどん店もありますが、山口市ならここですね。
安くて美味い、そんなコスパを誇る名店です。
