この路地、何度も通っていたのに、沖という店は知らなかった。店内を垣間見ると結構な繁盛ぶりだ。
当店、うどんがメインのようで、日本酒も取り揃えている。私、うどんは好みではない。だがこれは一度、試さねばならない。
カウンターに偶然席があった。まずは日本酒・五橋をもらう。お通しは青菜の煮浸し。日本酒なので冷奴。五橋はさっぱりとした辛口で好みの酒だ。
そこそこ飲んだ後に沖うどんを所望。
この品、肉、なると、とろろ昆布等と共に生玉子がトッピングされた、当店のおすすめのようだ。煮込んだ肉が甘辛く美味い。とろろ昆布とともに頂く汁が酒に合う。
さてうどんだが、私の場合、うどんの旨さに鈍感で、あまり印象はない。また玉子だが、黄身が汁に溶け込んでマイルドになるのだが、汁の旨味を完全に薄めてしまう。
今、うどんがブームのようだが、私は完全にそれから阻害されている。うどんの美味さをわからないからだ。
