山口市から防府市に入る直前の大内。
飲食店やモールなどがあるエリアで車の通りも多い。
通り沿いにあるこの店は以前から気にはなっていた。
評判は良いらしいが、何となく入りにくかったが今回入店してみた。
2時近かったこともあるが、店内は何と全席空席。
一瞬ためらったが店内も綺麗だし意を決して入ってみた。
ランチの上握りを注文。
４貫づつ３回に分けて出てくるシステムのようで、飯がぱさぱさにならないような工夫なのだろう。
寿司ネタはまずまず美味しいし店員や職人の対応も良い。
ただランチで１５００円近いので普通の寿司屋と変わらないか、或いは高いので回転ずしと思わないで入った方が満足感が高いかもしれない。
